BYSD's Social Engagement

The BYSD firm actively collaborates with nonprofit organizations through financial donations, legal consultation, ongoing pro bono representation, and diverse forms of assistance. The firm supports five of Israel’s leading nonprofit organizations in various impactful ways.

Simcha LaYeled

This organization assists sick children and their families, focusing on the personal support of children suffering from chronic and genetic illnesses throughout their hospitalization and rehabilitation. It also builds a supportive social environment for them.

Call Yachol

The first organization of its kind in the world, specializing in outsourcing-based call centers. Most of its employees are individuals with physical, mental, or sensory disabilities, making it the largest employer of people with disabilities in Israel and globally.

Founded by and for alumni of the Havat HaShomer IDF unit, which trains recruits from special populations: Hoshen (those lacking motivation to enlist) and Eitan (soldiers with adaptation difficulties). The association provides a supportive framework for its members throughout their life stages, from military discharge onward.
