Ben Mulla is a partner in the Litigation Department at BySD.

As Head of the Litigation Department, he has extensive knowledge and experience in various commercial and civil law fields. Ben specializes in managing complex civil and commercial litigation cases and contractual disputes. Throughout his career as a senior attorney, he has provided legal counsel to leading business figures and companies in the Israeli business community, representing them in complex business and civil disputes before all levels of the judiciary.

Ben is personally involved in the day-to-day handling of the department’s cases. Each case is managed by the firm’s founding partner, Adv. Haim Ben Yaakov, Ben Mulla as department head, and an additional attorney from the team. A significant part of Ben’s role is the close legal support of the department’s clients and the development of effective legal strategies tailored to each case.
