Limor began her professional path at the law firm Dr. J. Weinroth & Co. as a legal intern, and subsequently joined the firm as an attorney and partner (for nearly a decade). From the outset, she combined litigation representation and case management with ongoing legal counsel to leading companies in the Israeli economy across a range of fields. Over the years, she was appointed Legal Counsel to Elco Installations and Services (1973) Ltd. (later – Electra Elco Installations & Services Ltd.) of the Electra Group and its subsidiaries.

Limor handles the representation of the firm’s clients in a wide variety of areas, including: the formation of companies and partnerships (with emphasis on founders’/partners’ agreements); tenders (supporting entities in drafting and conducting tenders); ongoing legal counsel and representation of corporations and private clients, as well as ad hoc transactions involving the full range of commercial agreements, including – in the fields of infrastructure and construction (contractor, supplier, and service agreements, financial support, etc.); joint venture agreements; mergers and acquisitions; support for assisted living projects; and more.

Limor also handles real estate transactions – in all their various forms: sales transactions, lease agreements for income-generating properties, representation of development companies (engaged in real estate projects), and similar matters.

In addition, Limor handles the preparation of wills and enduring powers of attorney (certified by the Ministry of Justice), including the planning of complex intergenerational transfer and inheritance processes.
